Raw Material Inspection
All incoming fiber, connectors, and cables are inspected and verified against specifications before entering production.
Controlled Production
Termination, polishing, and assembly carried out by qualified operators following documented work instructions.
Optical Testing
100% insertion loss and return loss testing. Endface inspection performed to IEC 61300-3-35 standards.
Barcoding & Traceability
Every product receives a unique barcode with full manufacturing data — enabling complete end-to-end traceability.
Final Approval & Dispatch
Supervisor sign-off before every shipment. Products leave only when all quality criteria are fully satisfied.
